Magnetic flap level gauge is a device specially developed for level measurement based on the principles of magnetic pole coupling and Archimedes' law of buoyancy, combined with the characteristics of mechanical transmission. On this basis, we continuously expand its scope of use and extend various types of products, endowing them with more practical functions while detecting liquid levels.
This type of instrument has a chamber (called the main tube or housing) that accommodates a floating ball, which is connected to the container through a flange or other interface to form a connector; In this way, the liquid level inside the chamber is at the same height as the liquid level inside the container, so the floating ball inside the chamber will rise and fall with the rise and fall of the liquid level inside the container; At this point, we cannot see the liquid level, so we installed a flip column display outside the chamber. When manufacturing the float, we installed magnetic steel at the junction of the float sinking into the liquid and the floating part. When the float rises and falls with the liquid level, its magnetism is transmitted through the shell to the flip column display, pushing the magnetic flip column to flip 180 degrees; Due to the fact that the magnetic flip column is a cylindrical body composed of two semi cylinders, red and white, the color of the display facing outside the flip column after flipping 180 ° will change (red below the liquid level and white above), and the height of the liquid level is at the junction of the two colors. The magnetic flap level gauge consists of a body, a flap box (composed of red and white dual color magnetic flaps), a float, a flange cover, etc., and is used for measuring the level of various liquid containers. It can be used for on-site or remote display and control of liquid level in high-temperature, explosion-proof, anti-corrosion, food and beverage, and other occasions. Can be used for medium level detection of various oil tank towers, boilers and other equipment. This series of magnetic level gauges can achieve high sealing, leak prevention, and adaptability to high pressure High temperature The liquid level measurement under anti-corrosion conditions has reliable safety. It compensates for the shortcomings of unclear and easily broken glass plate (tube) liquid level gauges, and is not affected by high and low temperature fluctuations. It does not require the combination of multiple sets of liquid level gauges. The entire measurement process has no blind spots, prominent display, intuitive readings, and a large measurement range. Especially in the on-site indication section, as it does not come into direct contact with the liquid level medium, it is more effective against harmful and highly corrosive media with high temperature, high pressure, and high viscosity. Therefore, it is more reliable, safe, progressiveness and practical than the traditional glass tube and plate level gauge. The most significant feature of the side mounted magnetic flap level gauge is the isolation between the liquid level medium and the indicator, making it very safe, reliable, and durable in any situation. Moreover, various models of level gauges are equipped with level alarms and control switches, which can achieve upper and lower limit alarm, control, or interlocking of the liquid level or boundary; Equipped with a static pressure liquid level transmitter or a dry spring electric cathode liquid level transmitter, the liquid level boundary signal can be converted into a three wire 4-20mADC standard signal, enabling remote indication, detection, recording, and control. This series of side mounted magnetic flap level gauges can be widely used for level measurement and control in various industries such as power, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, environmental protection, shipbuilding, construction, and food production processes.
