The FSE series dust concentration detection sensor adopts a new principle of AC electrostatic induction measurement. When charged particles (dust) come into contact with or pass near the sensor measuring rod, an induced electromotive force is generated on the measuring rod, which is proportional to the dust concentration. This electromotive force is amplified through measurement and filtered out by intelligent digital algorithms to remove DC interference signals. Only the AC part of the signal is used to calculate the dust content, and the corresponding output is a 4-20mA signal or alarm switch signal. The measurement is not affected by vibration, moisture, or probe adhesion.
