1. After long-term use or due to special reasons, desiccants can be replaced according to the following steps:

a、 Remove the black plastic ring (head sealing ring) and pull out the internal components.

b、 Remove the copper plate at the bottom of the internal components and replace the old desiccant with a new one.

c、 Check if the white sealing part is intact, if the internal part is in the appropriate position, and then reinstall the head.

d、 If necessary, replace the white sealing component and apply silicone grease to ensure that the sealing part is in the correct position and moves up and down without displacement or silicone grease contamination.

2. When the probe is placed inside the molecular sieve, that is, the probe is dried, wait for 10 minutes, and the dew point of the probe reading is greater than -70 ℃, it can be considered that the molecular sieve is dry. If the dew point is less than -70 ℃, the molecular sieve needs to be regenerated or replaced. When not in use, it is kept dry by the desiccant inside the head.

3. Maintaining at -75 ℃ (dew point value) indicates that the sensor is in response sensitivity condition. After each measurement, the desiccant can only dry a small portion of the air or sample gas, and is isolated from the tested gas and indoor air. The normal service life of the desiccant is about 5 years.
