Let me introduce to you belowYokogawa differential pressure transmitterPre startup inspection and preparation.
1. Check all components of the Yokogawa differential pressure transmitter for stable and reliable installation, ensure that the steel ropes and connections are intact, and remove dust, mud, and other debris.
2. Check whether each operating handle is flexible and easy to use, whether the positioning is tight, and whether the tension of each V-belt is appropriate (especially for the brake of the main and auxiliary winches and the two friction clutch handles), and adjust them if necessary.
3. Check the power machine and mud pump. The steering should be correct.
4. Lubricate all components of the drilling rig according to lubrication specifications and diagrams.
5. Inject oil into the gearbox, turntable, and turbine box of the main winch according to regulations.
6. Disengage the diesel engine clutch, mud pump clutch, and empty drive the triangular belt pulley to observe the gearbox, the universal shafts of the main and auxiliary winches, and the turntable for any signs of collision or biting. If so, adjust them accordingly.
7. Stir the mud. To ensure the quality and efficiency of drilling, a certain quality and quantity of mud should be prepared before drilling. Generally, in the Quaternary strata, a 600mm wellhead pipe is used to protect the borehole, and mud with a viscosity of no less than 4m3 and a viscosity between 10-20Pa. s should be prepared.
So, before calibrating the Yokogawa differential pressure transmitter, these preparations should be made to work better.
