EJA/EJX series pressure transmitterThrough the intelligent liquid level setting function, users do not need to calculate the offset of the high pressure side/low pressure side separately. They only need to follow the following four steps to complete the calibration of liquid level measurement, making installation and setting work easier and faster.

1. Set the measurement range of the transmitter (via the handheld device or transmitter parameter setting button).

2. Install the transmitter (using capillary or pressure tube);

3. Keep the process at zero point (4mA);

4. Use a handheld device or transmitter button to set the current range to the lower limit.

The EJA/EJX transmitter will automatically calculate and configure the device.

In addition, even if liquid has been injected into the oil tank, calibration can still be performed when the process pressure is not zero.

Unlike ordinary transmitters that can only be calibrated at zero point 0% or full scale 100%, the EJA/EJX series pressure transmitters can be calibrated at any position within the range. As long as the correct range is set for the transmitter, the output can be calibrated at any point known during the process.

The transmitter output can be adjusted in one of the following three ways:

1. Adjust the zero adjustment screw of the transmitter until the output reaches a known point (such as 60% in the example).

2. Use the online zero adjustment function in the zero adjustment menu of the handheld device and enter the current correct value (automatic zero adjustment).

3. Modify the zero point manually by checking the deviation value.
