Regular inspection:

Diaphragm status: Check for bulging and corrosion (visual or shutdown inspection every month).

Blockage of pressure pipe: After closing the valve, remove it for inspection and use steel wire to clear or chemically clean it.

Common fault handling

Fault phenomenon	Possible reasons	Solution
The output signal is zero	Power failure/wiring error	Check the polarity of the 24V power supply and test the circuit current
The signal fluctuates greatly	Fluid accumulation/gas leakage in the pressure tube	Drain or leak, tighten joints
reading drift	Membrane deformation or temperature influence	Re calibrate and check the temperature compensation parameters

Antifreeze and anti-corrosion

Winter protection: keep warm with tropical insulation or inject antifreeze (glycerin+water mixture).

Marine environment: choose 316L stainless steel shell+IP68 protection level.

Safety precautions

Explosion proof area: Select Ex d Ⅱ CT6 explosion-proof certification, and the junction box needs to be sealed.

Overpressure protection: Install pressure relief valves or overpressure protectors (such as measuring compressor outlet pressure).

Static protection: Ground resistance<4 Ω to avoid signal interference.
