Press the "open button" in the control room, and the electric device will start working. When the valve reaches the "fully open" position, the stroke control mechanism can accurately cut off the motor power supply. At the same time, the indicator light indicating the "fully open" position in the control room will light up, and the opening meter and on-site opening pointer in the control room will both indicate "100".

lubricating oil

When the LQ type valve electric device leaves the factory, its casing is already filled with reducer grease.

This product does not require regular replacement of lubricating grease.

Precautions for use

The cable outlet of the electric device should be sealed to prevent moisture from entering the interior. The cable should be securely fixed to prevent damage to the wiring caused by pulling the terminal block when subjected to external forces.

To prevent misoperation, the handwheel can be removed when the valve is not frequently manually opened or closed.
