Operation steps and control methods
Confirm that the clutch handle is in the correct position when starting. There are two control methods: remote and local. In remote control, the transfer switch is set to the REMOTE position and the switch is operated through the SCADA system; When controlling locally, switch to the LOCAL position for manual operation. After the electric gate valve is fully opened and closed, it will automatically stop. After the operation is completed, the transfer switch needs to be reset to the middle position. During on-site operation, the opening and closing indicators and valve stem operation should be monitored to ensure that the opening and closing degree meets the requirements. ‌

Key operating specifications
Gate valves should be fully open or fully closed, and are strictly prohibited from being used for flow regulation to avoid wear on the sealing surface.
