Danfoss temperature switchIt is a temperature switch that uses a bimetallic strip as a temperature sensing element. When the electrical appliance is working normally, the bimetallic strip is in a free state and the contacts are in a closed/open state. When the temperature rises to the operating temperature value, the bimetallic element is quickly activated due to internal stress caused by heat, opening/closing the contacts and cutting off/connecting the circuit, thus providing thermal protection. When the gradient drops to the reset temperature, the contact will automatically close/open and return to normal working condition. Widely used in household appliance motors and electrical equipment, such as washing machine motors, air conditioning fan motors, transformers, ballasts, electric heating appliances, etc.
Danfoss temperature switchNotes:
1. When using contact temperature sensing installation, the product should be tightly attached to the installation surface of the controlled instrument.
2. During installation, do not collapse or deform the plastic or metal casing to avoid affecting its performance.
3. Metal shell products with added insulation sleeves should not be removed or crushed during installation to avoid electrical leakage and ensure safe use.
4. When the product is used in circuits that do not exceed the current, a copper core with a cross-sectional area of 0.4-0.75mm2 wire should be selected for connection.
5. The product should be stored in a ventilated, clean, dry, and non corrosive gas environment with a relative humidity of less than 90% and an ambient temperature below 40 ℃.
