Installation and fixation

• It must be installed vertically to ensure that the flange end face of the container is vertical and to avoid glass tube breakage. ‌
  

• It is prohibited to use magnetic materials such as iron wire for fixing. It is recommended to use non-magnetic materials such as copper pipes as heat tracing pipelines. ‌
  

• During installation, a valve should be installed between the liquid level gauge and the container inlet pipe to facilitate debugging, maintenance, and cleaning. ‌
  

Media requirements

• The tested medium should not contain solid impurities or magnetic substances to avoid blocking the float. ‌
  

• Regularly clean the main pipe and remove impurities (when the ordinary level gauge exceeds 3 meters or the anti-corrosion type exceeds 2 meters, reinforced flanges need to be added). ‌
  

Debugging and maintenance

• Before use, it is necessary to use calibrated magnetic steel to set the zero position flip column in red and the rest in white. ‌
  

• When debugging, first open the upper inlet valve, and then slowly open the lower valve to avoid the medium impacting the float. ‌
  

• Daily maintenance requires monitoring of container pressure sealing conditions and regular cleaning of glass tubes. ‌
  

special scenario

• Liquid level gauges exceeding 3 meters (ordinary type) or 2 meters (anti-corrosion type) require the installation of a reinforced flange in the middle. ‌
  

• Install away from material inlet and outlet to avoid local fluid changes affecting measurement accuracy. ‌
