What are the general types of CKD solenoid valves
By using diaphragm sensing to detect changes in outlet pressure and driving the piston through the opening and closing of the pilot valve, the size of the overcurrent area at the throttling part of the main valve is adjusted to achieve pressure reduction and stabilization functions, including ultra pressure reduction and stabilization. This product has made significant improvements on the basis of ordinary pressure reducing valves, increasing the piston area and changing the throttling structure. By changing the sealing form and increasing the overcurrent area, the performance has been greatly improved in terms of sensitivity, flow rate, and lifespan. This product is mainly used for steam pipelines, suitable for steam pipelines with large flow rates, large changes in flow rates, and large changes in inlet pressure.
The Y43H steam pressure reducing valve is suitable for water, steam, and air medium pipelines. It can be adjusted to reduce the inlet pressure to a desired outlet pressure. When the inlet pressure and flow rate change, the outlet pressure is automatically maintained within a certain range by the energy of the medium itself. However, the difference between the inlet pressure and the outlet pressure must be ≥ 0.2MPa/cm2. It should generally be installed horizontally in pipelines.
The operation of CKD solenoid valve is controlled by the pressure behind the valve. When the pressure sensor detects an increase in valve pressure indication, the CKD solenoid valve opening decreases; When the pressure decreases after detecting the pressure reducing valve, the opening of the pressure reducing valve increases to meet the control requirements. The pressure reduction ratio of the steam pressure reducing valve must be higher than the system value to a certain extent; Even in high or low traffic, it should be able to respond to positive or negative control signals. These valves should be selected for a useful control range of 20% to 80% for high flow rates.
Normally, it is a proportional type or has proportional characteristics.
These types of valves themselves have the flow characteristics and flow range required for proportional control. A steam pressure reducing valve is a device that reduces the inlet pressure to a desired outlet pressure by throttling the opening and closing components, while maintaining a stable outlet pressure. When the CKD solenoid valve leaves the factory, the regulating spring is in an uncompressed state. At this time, the main valve disc and the auxiliary valve disc are in a closed state. When in use, rotate the regulating screw clockwise to compress the regulating spring, causing the diaphragm disc to move and open the auxiliary valve disc. The medium enters the piston from hole A through the auxiliary valve seat to hole B. Under the pressure of the medium, the piston moves downward to push the main valve disc away from the main valve seat, allowing the medium to flow behind the valve. At the same time, it enters the lower part of the diaphragm through hole C. When the pressure behind the valve exceeds the set pressure, the diaphragm is pushed upward to compress the regulating spring, and the auxiliary valve disc moves in the closing direction, reducing the medium flowing into the upper part of the piston and the pressure. At this time, the main valve disc moves up and down under the force of the main valve disc spring, reducing the gap between the main valve disc and the main valve seat, and reducing the medium flow rate, causing the pressure behind the valve to drop to a new equilibrium. Conversely, when the pressure behind the valve is lower than the set pressure, the gap between the main valve disc and the main valve seat increases, and the medium flow rate also increases, causing the pressure behind the valve to increase and reach a new equilibrium.
CKD solenoid valves belong to forced sealing valves. When the valve is closed, pressure must be applied to the valve disc to force the sealing surface not to leak. It is a straight through globe valve that relies on the pressure of the valve stem to tightly connect the sealing surface of the valve disc with the sealing surface of the valve seat, and to prevent the flow of the medium. During the opening and closing process, the sealing surfaces have the characteristics of low friction, wear resistance, small opening height, and good manufacturing process performance. It is a type of valve used in the industrial sector. Once the J41H flange globe valve disc is in the open position, there is no longer contact between its valve seat and disc sealing surface, and it has a very reliable cutting action. Therefore, this type of valve is very suitable for cutting off, regulating, and throttling media. The J41H flange globe valve has less mechanical wear on its sealing surface. Due to the ease of repairing or replacing the valve seat and disc of most globe valves, there is no need to remove the entire valve from the pipeline when replacing the sealing components. This is very suitable for situations where the valve and pipeline are welded together.
CKD solenoid valves are suitable for cutting off or connecting pipeline media in various working conditions such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, fertilizer, and power industries. Applicable media include water, oil, steam, acidic media, etc. The operation modes include manual, gear transmission, electric, pneumatic, etc.
1. The structure is simpler than CKD solenoid valves, making manufacturing and maintenance more convenient.
2. The sealing surface is not easily worn or scratched, with good sealing performance. There is no relative sliding between the valve disc and the valve body sealing surface during opening and closing, so the wear and scratches are not severe, the sealing performance is good, and the service life is long.
3. When opening and closing, the valve disc stroke is small, and the CKD solenoid valve is small, but the structural length is longer than that of the gate valve.
4. The opening and closing torque is large, the opening and closing are laborious, and the opening and closing time is long.
5. The fluid resistance is high due to the tortuous medium channels inside the valve body.
Characteristics and performance of CKD solenoid valve and bell shaped float steam trap:
1. It has strong adaptability to the occurrence of condensed water, and can be discharged intermittently or continuously.
2. The SCCV closing system is designed to compensate for mechanical errors caused by the lever and avoid steel collisions during closing. It is highly reliable and has a long lifespan.
3. All internal components are made of stainless steel and installed on the valve cover, making maintenance and repair extremely convenient.
4. High back pressure rate. 90%.
5. The CKD solenoid valve allows reliable water vapor to enter from the lower part of the valve through a U-shaped channel, and the valve is always in a water sealed state, effectively preventing steam leakage.
6. CKD solenoid valve shaped float is resistant to water hammer. The bucket is equipped with overflow exhaust holes, which can effectively prevent steam lock and air blockage. Non condensable high-temperature air can also be eliminated.
