Some applications have particularly high requirements for the robustness of sensors. These sturdy and durable "metal surface" sensors are packaged in stainless steel housings and are the choice for such high demand applications. Applications such as machine tools or metal processing often subject sensors to impact, wear, and corrosive solvents and fluids from the target object.

In these applications, sensors with stainless steel sensing surfaces can reduce downtime and extend service life, thereby improving the profitability of the entire production process.

Our "Metal Surface" product line (NMB...) is divided into two types, the (FE) type is used to detect ferrous metals, and the (NFE) type is used to detect non-ferrous metals.

Inductive analog output sensors are used to detect metal objects within a specific working range. The distance of an object is converted into an analog output signal proportional to it, making these sensors highly suitable for measurement and control applications. The detection range of this series of products provided by Beijiafu is divided into three types: 2-5 mm, 3-8 mm, and 15-40 mm. Due to the low temperature deviation of our inductive analog sensor products, which is only 1/1000 of the final value per degree Celsius, these sensors can ensure measurement reliability and accuracy even under non constant environmental conditions. In many sensor applications, proximity switches that support buses are typically connected by communication networks to achieve coordinated system operation. We offer a range of intelligent proximity sensors that can be extended with programmable logic controllers to include power line monitoring, diagnostics, and network communication.

Using our AS interface proximity sensor, users can connect up to 31 (specification 2.0) or 62 (specification 2.1) proximity switches per master device.

Pressure resistant proximity switches are suitable for hydraulic actuators and cylinders. The sensing surface of the sensor can withstand dynamic pressures up to 350 bar (M18 cylindrical) or 500 bar (M12 cylindrical).
