Date: 2024-11-07Read: 7

The single-phase rail type energy meter is a new generation of miniature energy meters developed by our company based on years of experience in meter design. This energy meter adopts LCD display, with RS485 communication (dual protocol) and power pulse output function; This electric energy meter has the advantages of small size, high accuracy, good reliability, and easy installation. Its performance indicators meet the technical requirements of international GB/T17215, GB/T17883, and DL/T614 for electric energy meters in the power industry.

Installation precautions and methods

1. The electric energy meter should be installed in a ventilated and dry indoor area, using a 35mm standard guide rail installation method.

2. When installing wiring, follow the wiring diagram on the side of the energy meter, preferably using copper wire connectors.

When wiring directly connected electric energy meters, attention should be paid to the direction of the incoming and outgoing wires, and screws should be tightened to avoid abnormal operation of the electric energy meter due to poor contact.

Electric energy pulse

(1) Electrical characteristics: Pulse output is an open circuit output of the optocoupler collector.

(2) Pulse constant: 1600imp/kwh; Its significance is that when the instrument accumulates 1kWh of electrical energy, the number of pulse outputs is 1600.

(3) Application example: The PLC terminal uses a pulse counting device. Assuming that N pulses are collected during a period of time with a length of t, the accumulated electrical energy of the instrument during this period is N/1600 kWh.
