1. Differences in Product Testing Requirements
High and low temperature impact test chamberMainly for conducting temperature rapid rise and fall tests on test samples. Mainly used for electrical and electronic products, as well as their raw components, it can also be used for reliability testing of other materials during storage, transportation, and use in environments with rapid temperature changes. This experimental setup
The equipment is mainly used to conduct environmental simulation tests on the physical and other related characteristics of products under high and low temperature transient changes in accordance with national military standards or user defined requirements. Through testing, the performance of the product is judged to determine whether it meets predetermined requirements, in order to provide product design, improvement, identification, and factory inspection.
The high and low temperature test chamber is suitable for reliability testing of industrial products at high and low temperatures. Inspect the performance indicators of components and materials of electronic and electrical products, automobiles and motorcycles, aerospace, marine weapons, universities, research institutions and other related products under high and low temperature (alternating) cyclic changes.
2. Differences in Temperature Technical Indicators
The high and low temperature impact test chamber is reflected in its temperature conversion efficiency, which can achieve rapid temperature conversion within 5 seconds. The recovery time is 5 minutes. The high and low temperature impact test chamber can achieve a continuous temperature impact cycle from high to low and then to high in a very short time
The high and low temperature test chamber is only adjustable in temperature. The rate of temperature change is determined by the heating and cooling rates of the test chamber. The heating rate is generally 1-3 ℃/min, and the cooling rate is generally 0.7-1 ℃/min. Temperature conversion requires relatively long time.
3. Differences in production techniques
The main difference between the high and low temperature impact test chamber and the high and low temperature test chamber lies in the word "impact". The impact test chamber can be divided into two compartments and three compartments depending on the state of the test sample during the test process. The two box type includes a high-temperature chamber (thermal storage chamber) and a low-temperature chamber (cold storage chamber). During the test, the sample is switched between the high-temperature chamber and the low-temperature chamber according to the temperature requirements, so the sample is mobile. The three box type includes a high temperature chamber, a low temperature chamber, and a laboratory for placing samples. During experiments, the samples are stationary in the laboratory. According to the requirements of temperature changes, the channels between the high temperature chamber, the low temperature chamber, and the working room are cyclically opened to allow heat and cold to circulate into the laboratory, thereby achieving a rapid change in temperature.
There is only one working chamber in the high and low temperature test chamber, and the samples are tested by temperature changes in the working chamber.
4. Differences in Production Costs
Due to different working methods, temperature technical indicators, and production costs, the price difference between the two is also very significant.
