(1)Electric hot blast drying ovenIt is used for drying, melting or other heating of samples, with a maximum working temperature of up to 300 ℃. The drying oven operates under conditions where the ambient temperature is less than 40 ℃ and the relative humidity of the air is less than 85%.
(2) The required plug and socket should be grounded with a wire twice the thickness of the power cord. Before use, check the electrical insulation performance and pay attention to whether there are short circuits, open circuits, and leakage phenomena.
(3)Electric hot blast drying ovenPlace a thermometer on top, turn on the power supply to adjust the temperature control knob to the set temperature, and check if the thermometer reading matches the set value when the AC contact switch is just disconnected. If there is a difference, make slight adjustments until the constant temperature meets the set temperature.
(4) Open the bottom or top exhaust vent to eliminate moisture inside the box.
(5) The maximum average load of the test steel plate is 15Kg, and it cannot be placed too heavy or too tightly. There should be a gap left, and the test sample cannot be placed on the bottom plate of the working room.
(6) Flammable and explosive materials are strictly prohibited inside the drying oven.
(7) Connect the power, the green indicator light is on, start the blower switch, the blower motor runs, start the heating power supply, and the drying oven enters the working state.
(8) During work, do not frequently open the box door to avoid affecting the constant temperature field.
(9)Electric hot blast drying ovenDuring work, there should be a dedicated person monitoring the temperature inside the box. As this equipment does not have an over temperature protection device, if the temperature loses control, it should be promptly shut down for inspection to avoid accidents.
