How to safely operate the environmental testing chamber in winter?
Winter is cold and dry, which can have a negative impact on the application of environmental testing chambers, such as insufficient heating and the risk of fire accidents. How to operate a safe operating environment test chamber in winter:
1. In cold winter, when conducting experiments in an environmental testing chamber, the laboratory temperature should be maintained between 15 ℃ and 35 ℃;
2. The working voltage of the switching power supply must be within the rated range to avoid electric shock accidents;
3. During the testing process, if there are no special requirements, the door of the environmental testing chamber must not be opened;
4. The experimental equipment shall not be transported or maintained during power on and high/low temperature alternating box operation;
5. Ensure that the grounding device is in good condition;
6. Flammable, combustible, explosive, strong radiation source, and high corrosion tests shall not be conducted;
7. Ensure that there are no obvious vibrations or magnetic field hazards around;
8. Check if the system configuration is appropriate and complies with winter testing regulations;
After the experiment is completed, when opening the environmental test chamber door, attention should be paid to high temperature burns or low temperature frostbite, and anti burn and frostbite rubber gloves should be worn before opening and closing the door;
10. Regular maintenance of the environmental testing chamber to avoid safety hazards and prevent problems before they occur;
11. In dry winter, attention should be paid to preventing infectious diseases, using environmental testing chambers to generate heat, preventing flammable and explosive products, and installing environmental testing chambers in areas with good natural ventilation.
