Measuring blocks are one of the necessary tools for metrological inspection and production in measuring tool factories, used to verify the tolerances of other measuring tools and whether products are qualified. Therefore, high-quality block gauges are particularly important. The large-sized 8-piece set of block gauges is used to verify calipers and micrometers over 300 millimeters. At the same time, two or more block gauges can be combined to form different sizes to meet the needs of measurement and verification. ROK products are generally made of chromium manganese steel or other materials with low linear expansion coefficient, stable properties, wear resistance, and not easily deformed. Basic characteristics: stability, wear resistance, adhesion (which can be used to combine measuring blocks, with a combination of ≤ 4 blocks). Each measuring block should be engraved with clear handwriting representing its nominal length to distinguish between products from different factories. Large sizes generally use integer values for easy combination. ROK can produce different standard products according to different customer needs, such as American standard, Japanese standard, DIN, etc. Metric and imperial products are our standard products.

Notes:
The Eight Blocks belong to precision instruments and require proper maintenance by the user. If used or maintained improperly, it can cause damage to the measuring blocks until they are scrapped.
----It is strictly prohibited to directly contact the measuring block with the skin. Sweat stains will corrode the metal surface, unless ceramic block gauges are used
----Store away from light and do not use at high or low temperatures to avoid errors caused by the thermal expansion and contraction of metals
----After use, anti rust oil should be sprayed
----When studying block gauges, clean the rust proof oil with gasoline.
