Shanghai Shirun specializes in customizing various stainless steel weight boxes

Customers who have purchased our Shanghai Shirun stainless steel weights should know that our company uses plastic boxes for small sizes below 5kg of standard stainless steel weights, and aluminum alloy packaging for large sizes. The lock shaped stainless steel weights are packaged in aluminum alloy boxes.

But! But! Received a special request for an order: the customer requested stainless steel packaging boxes.

We have encountered similar situations before, but due to the low order volume, we declined. Our company mainly produces weights, and we also find other companies to customize weight boxes. If the quantity is small, the box factory will not accept orders, and we have no choice.

This time, a certain company in Xinxiang, Henan ordered 25 20 kilogram stainless steel lock shaped weights. Due to the high environmental requirements of the factory, the customer said that our standard aluminum alloy packaging box did not meet their requirements. Then choose to customize stainless steel packaging boxes.

For this type of stainless steel packaging box, we also found an external factory to customize it, and then took it back for further processing. The inside of the weight needs to be separated by a layer of silicone pad to avoid direct friction between the weight and the stainless steel box, which may cause scratches on the weight.

The customer placed an order last week, and I contacted the logistics this morning to retrieve the prepared weight box. We can package and send it to the customer in the afternoon.
