Weighing principle:

The forklift scale is based on two pressure sensors installed on the inlet and return oil lines of the vehicle mounted boom cylinder, which measure the pressure changes of the cylinder during the lifting process of the vehicle mounted boom and adjust the speed. The * processor in the vehicle mounted instrument automatically calculates the weight data, and displays the obtained weight on the instrument screen. During the lifting process of the dump truck, the pressure sensor transmits the signal to the computer for data conversion and processing; After the locomotive unloads the goods, the boom immediately retracts to the starting position, and the forklift scale immediately displays the weight of the goods; When the locomotive tipping bucket unloads, the screen displays the cumulative weight; When the tipping bucket descends to the starting point, the screen displays the total cumulative weight of the goods.

Operation Method:

1. Forklift scales should be preheated during use, lifting the boom 5-10 times to preheat the oil pressure and sensors to normal operating temperature

2. During operation, when lifting the tipping bucket, the first step is to control the control lever of the boom to be placed in the far back position, that is, the tipping bucket should be at the end

3. The boom system should be strictly lubricated to reduce the friction coefficient of the boom

4. Choose a relatively flat ground for weighing

5. The process of lifting the boom should control the speed evenly

6. It is better to reset to zero when the vehicle is stopped

7. During the weighing process, avoid driving on the vehicle. If driving is necessary, the speed should be controlled at around 10KM/h

8. When equipped with multiple tipping buckets, the tipping buckets used must be calibrated during weighing
