The NS-60S (Visual) Fully Automatic Parallel Concentrator is a high-throughput and high-efficiency rapid concentrator that uses water bath heating and nitrogen blowing to quickly concentrate samples. It is controlled by a large screen color touch screen, and after concentration is complete, an alarm prompt is triggered. It can also be used in parallel with multiple channels and supports the simultaneous use of 60 channels, making the tedious concentration process simple. At the same time, the advantages of the visual concentrator are significant, allowing for intuitive observation of samples and achieving standard levels more accurately


1. The PID precise temperature control technology combined with internal self circulation technology enables a temperature control accuracy of up to ± 0.1 ℃ and maintains a constant water temperature at all times.
2. The vortex airflow technology used accelerates the solvent evaporation rate and completes concentration more quickly and efficiently.
3. 12 sets of blowing channels, each with 5 vortex blowing needles, can concentrate 60 samples simultaneously.
4. Each blowing channel adopts an independent imported solenoid valve, which can be independently switched on and off.
5. The automatic adjustment and distribution technology of gas pressure ensures that the nitrogen blowing flow rate of each blowing needle is consistent, and the sample is concentrated at an extremely fast speed.
6. The designed airflow channel, combined with a powerful exhaust fan, effectively eliminates steam and avoids contamination caused by liquid droplets hanging on the glass cover.
7. When in concentrated state, the upper cover automatically locks. It has a protective function. When the instrument cover is opened during operation, nitrogen blowing will automatically stop. After the cover is closed, it will automatically resume operation without the need to set parameters again.
8. When the water bath is insufficient, a buzzing alarm will sound and automatically replenish water, effectively preventing dry burning, protecting the heater from damage, and ensuring that the experiment will not be interrupted due to water shortage.
9. The instrument adopts electronic programmable pressure detection technology. When the gas source pressure is insufficient, the instrument automatically beeps and gives an alarm prompt.
10. When the concentration is completed, a buzzing alarm prompt will sound.
