1Wireless high-voltage nuclear phase analyzerVerification of Radio Frequency Transmission
The frequency generated by the internal module is close to the frequency of the power grid, and as long as two instruments are equipped with electrodes (equivalent to antennas), they can be verified in two ways.
a. * Self study
*Holding an instrument in one hand
*Press the power button of the transmitter and wait until it automatically switches to the "phase measurement" state;
*Press the power button of the transmitter and simultaneously press the power button of the receiver. If the wireless transmission is correct, LED2, LED3, and LED4 on the receiver will light up and go out regularly, the buzzer will sound synchronously, and LED1 will remain on.
b. Test of transmitter and receiver both on the power grid
Hook the transmitter onto the live line, and after a few seconds, it will automatically switch to the "phase measurement" state. Similarly, when the receiver contacts another in-phase wire, it should emit an audible and visual signal.
Place the receiver in another phase, stop receiving the 'in-phase signal', no sound signal, only LED1 is on.
2Wireless high-voltage nuclear phase analyzerMeasurement work
Before and after using this instrument, the entire device (with electrodes installed) should undergo fully automatic testing.
Line voltage measurement (using only transmitter)
*Twist the hook shaped electrode onto the top of the transmitter;
*Install the emitter with electrodes onto the operating rod;
*Hang the hook on the transmitter to the tested circuit, and the operator can see at the bottom of the transmitter: four indicator lights LED1-LED4, one test power button, and one buzzer.
judgment
When in contact with live wires, an audible signal can be heard, and four indicator lights are on. After 5-10 seconds, LED2-4 will turn off. When the sound signal stops and the transmitter is used for voltage measurement, the set working time is 5-10 seconds, and then it automatically enters phase measurement. At this time, only one LED indicator light is on. If the sound and light signals do not stop after 5-10 seconds, indicating that the battery is low, the battery needs to be replaced. To measure the other phase of the line, the transmitter needs to be disconnected from the line, wait for LED1 to turn off, and then place the transmitter on the line for another voltage measurement. ditto.
When entering measurement mode, the transmitter emits radio frequency signals into the air, and at the same time, a portion of the signal is transmitted along the line used as an antenna. Once the receiver can recognize the signal, it immediately starts working.
3. Same phase measurement (transmitter+receiver)
At this point, the transmitter has been attached to the line and entered the "phase measurement" mode.
*Install the receiver onto a suitable electrode and connect it to the insulating rod;
*Contact the receiver with the tested wire, and the operator can also see from the bottom of the receiver:
Four indicator lights LED1-LED4, one test power button, and one buzzer.
judgment
When there is voltage on the circuit, the receiver automatically starts and LED1 continues to light up. The buzzer emits a brief beep sound, at which point the receiver is ready to receive the decoding signal from the transmitter. If the phases of the two wires are consistent, as long as the conditions are met, the LED1, LED2, LED3, and LED4 indicator lights will light up but not flash. At the same time, the buzzer emits a continuous sound and light signal. As long as one side of the line has no voltage or one wire is disconnected, the sound and light indication will immediately stop.
Under normal usage conditions, the transmission range of radio frequency is within 10 meters.
4. Replace battery
Wireless high-voltage nuclear phase analyzerThe transmitter and receiver each use one 9V alkaline battery. The replacement steps are as follows:
1) Remove the electrode;
2) Unscrew the top nut of the unit;
3) Push the metal screw cap on the top of the unit to push the electronic module;
4) When the electronic module moves inside the plastic casing, the plastic casing can be removed, the metal cover can be removed, and the battery located on one side of the electronic circuit inside the casing can be obtained and replaced with a new battery;
5) Follow the reverse procedure above to restore, ensuring that the metal cover is correctly in place. Gently screw the center nut of the hole onto the metal wire cap on the electronic module until it returns to its maximum position, and then tighten the electrode again.
