1. The DC resistance tester burns the fuse as soon as it is turned on.
There are two types of situations where the power on fuse burns out: when a 10A direct resistance meter experiences this situation, it is generally due to high voltage burning out the built-in transformer, causing the instrument to malfunction; When the current of a direct resistance meter is above 20A, this situation usually occurs due to a problem with the switching power supply. In the event of a fuse burning, simply replace the transformer or switch power supply in a timely manner to use it normally. When carrying out equipment maintenance, professional engineers must disassemble the equipment. If the site does not have the conditions for maintenance, it needs to be returned to the factory for repair.
2. UseDC resistance testerBut the resistance value cannot be measured.
There are generally two reasons for the phenomenon of unmeasurable values: 1. The switch power supply is broken and there is no current output; 2. The set value exceeds the device range, and the program cannot recognize the instruction.
If the power supply is damaged, replace it. If it is beyond the range, restart the instrument and select the resistance or current within the range for measurement.
During the testing process of the DC resistance tester, there was a screen distortion.
The appearance of a flower screen on the resistance tester is highly likely due to poor contact of the internal wiring. Turn off the machine and check if the wiring is loose. Strengthening the wiring can solve the problem.
Another possibility is that the screen display is abnormal due to electromagnetic interference. If that's the reason, the manufacturer only needs to add a filtering capacitor.
DC resistance testerIn addition to quality issues with the equipment itself, unreasonable operating methods and storage methods can also cause equipment damage. During use, do not touch the LED screen with high-temperature objects. Before testing, check if the input interface fixture is working properly. In addition, keeping the equipment dry and clean is also an effective way to extend its service life. In addition, for special requirements for measuring detection equipment, the equipment should be calibrated once a year to ensure the accuracy and stability of the measured values.
