Unable to power on and work

Check the contact between the instrument and the lithium battery. The voltage of the lithium battery may be too low to turn on, and the instrument battery may need to be charged or replaced.

The current capacity of the instrument battery block is displayed in the center above the instrument display screen. When the battery is fully charged, the block is black, and as the battery charging capacity decreases, the block gradually turns white.

1. Insert the adapter into the battery charger interface and connect the adapter power to an AC power outlet.

When the adapter's green light is on, it indicates that charging is complete.

Note: The maximum charging time is 6 to 8 hours, do not overcharge

Test probe head

To replace the probe needle, the steps are as follows:

1. Use pliers to clamp the probe tip on the top of the sleeve

Warning: Do not clamp the sleeve containing the probe tip to avoid damaging the probe.

2. Pull out the probe needle straight;

3. Clamp the probe needle with pliers and place it into the sleeve;

4. Push the probe tip towards a relatively soft surface, such as cardboard, until it reaches the bottom of the sleeve.

Test data query shows disorder

It may be caused by strong interference in the instrument data. It is recommended to import the valid data into the computer management, then enter the "System Management" menu of the instrument, and select "Format Storage".

Firstly, it is necessary to ensure that the battery clamp is properly connected to the battery pole, and at the same time, the voltage of the tested battery cannot be lower than 1.5V.

Cannot export data through USB drive

It is recommended to use the USB flash drive provided by the instrument manufacturer and check the USB flash drive format, preferably FAT format.

Please confirm if the computer serial port selection is correct first; Then, the instrument must be on the main interface in order to transmit data through the RS232 serial port.
