Botian Environment Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as Botian Environment) was founded in 1995 and is headquartered in Beijing. It was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2017 (stock code 603603) and is a comprehensive service provider of water environment solutions in China. The company's main business covers industrial water treatment, municipal water environment governance, ecological restoration, and hydrogen energy system integration services. It has more than 40 specialized technologies and multiple core technology process packages, and has subsidiaries such as Boyuan Equipment and Boda Technology.
At the beginning of its establishment, the company focused on industrial water treatment and completed standard projects such as Shenhua Baotou coal to olefin. In 2018, we acquired 70% equity of High Frequency Environment and entered the field of integrated circuit water treatment. Since 2019, it has been affected by the debt crisis and suffered losses. In 2022, it resolved the crisis through bankruptcy restructuring and transformed to expand its hydrogen energy business. In 2024, it was forced to delist due to financial fraud. During this period, a total of 22.4 billion tons of sewage were treated, covering areas such as coal chemical industry and municipal engineering, forming a dual engine strategy of "environment+energy".
