On October 29, 2019, the instrument kick-off meeting for CAP1400 demonstration project JE38 and JE39 was held at Shanghai Xingshen Instrument Co., Ltd. Our company undertook the design and manufacturing of the above-mentioned instruments. Representatives from State Nuclear Self Instrumentation System Engineering Co., Ltd., Shanghai Nuclear Engineering Design Institute Co., Ltd. (State Nuclear Engineering Co., Ltd.), and State Nuclear Demonstration Power Plant Co., Ltd. attended the meeting and inspected the project kick-off conditions.

The CAP1400 demonstration project is based on the digestion, absorption, and comprehensive mastery of the third-generation advanced nuclear power AP1000 passive technology introduced by China. Through further innovation, it has developed a large-scale advanced pressurized water reactor nuclear power unit with independent intellectual property rights and higher power in China.

Our company undertakes multiple subcontracting projects for the CAP1400 demonstration project, all of which are independently designed and manufactured. JE38/39 instruments, as a subcontracting project that started in batches, have guiding significance for the execution of subsequent projects. The company leaders personally deploy them, and the Nuclear Industry Instrumentation Division takes the lead in implementing them to ensure that all work is carried out in an orderly and smooth manner.

The attendees confirmed the status of our company's capital increase, submission of commencement documents, and closure of deviations. After inspection, it was found that the company's quality assurance system is effective and all required documents are complete. Therefore, the commencement of work is allowed.

After the meeting, Mr. Chen Yao, the chairman of the company, accompanied the attending representatives to visit the production and testing base, and introduced the operation of the company's various liquid level and flow instrument inspection and calibration laboratories.
