YC-02 laboratory micro ultra-high temperature sterilizer is developed by Shanghai Yacheng for simulating industrial production in universities, research institutes and research and development laboratories of dairy beverage essence and spice industry. The equipment has a production capacity of 20L/H~25L/H and fully simulates industrial production conditions. The product is suitable for a wide range of viscosity and can adapt to fibers and particles, accurately simulating various production processes such as blending, homogenization, aging, pasteurization, ultra-high temperature instantaneous sterilization, and aseptic filling. The equipment is a self-contained system with online CIP function, which can be configured with homogenizers and sterile filling rooms according to the actual needs of research and development.

(1) Pre sterilization of equipment pipelines: Perform superheated water circulation sterilization on the pipelines through which materials pass for a period of time. Then gradually cool the equipment to production temperature and enter the waiting state.

(2) Material sterilization: Determine the sterilization temperature and time according to the experimental requirements (if the product needs to be homogenized, pre homogenization (before sterilization) and post homogenization (after sterilization) can be selected according to the actual process requirements).

(3) Filling: According to laboratory needs, a sterile filling room can be equipped with rings, and hot filling and room temperature filling can be selected.
