At the end of April 2017, Danfoss heavy-duty open type large pump D1P was successfully tested on the TC550A model of Anhui Liugong crane. As one of the main manufacturers in the domestic crane industry, Anhui Liugong has strong capabilities in the fields of automobile cranes and crawler cranes. The TC550A model, which cooperates with Danfoss open pump, is also one of its main models for automobile cranes.

On the day of the test run, detailed testing and data collection were conducted on the performance of the D1P145 displacement heavy-duty open pump under various operating conditions on the TC550A machine through the collaborative work of Danfoss and LiuGong technicians. According to the test results and data analysis, the D1P pump performs well, meeting the performance requirements for hydraulic pumps in crane applications.

As the main market application area for D1P pumps, crane applications have always been one of the key application areas for Danfoss Heavy Duty Open Division.

The D1P pump had previously performed well on a 90 ton crane at the Application Development Center (ADC) in Haiyan, Zhejiang, with significant improvements in various parameters such as fuel consumption and control curves compared to competitors' products. In addition, D1P pumps have also been widely used by other crane manufacturers in China.

I believe that soon, relying on excellent quality and performance, D1P pump will definitely gain more recognition from customers and have further performance in the field of cranes.
