On June 6th, the * Danfoss Turbocor Dimensity oil-free compressors from the Danfoss Dimensity Compressor China Factory (hereinafter referred to as "Dimensity China Factory") in China Haiyan Industrial Park were officially launched, achieving another important milestone in the development of Danfoss oil-free compressors.

The Danfoss Tianci China factory, as an important assembly and production base for Tianci brand oil-free compressors, was established in 2016 and completed the * phase in recent months. The first complete compressor assembly line, including production line, electronic assembly line, gas testing device, cooling tower and water pump, as well as outdoor SAT testing, was officially launched and put into operation for the Chinese assembly of Danfoss Tianci brand's TT series compressors. The production line is expected to be fully put into operation in the autumn, and the second and third phases are currently underway intensively.

In addition to the production area, the factory also has functional areas such as office and logistics. The original Tianci Compressor China Regional Service Center (RSC) has also been relocated to the factory, fully realizing the integration of Tianci compressors from assembly production to after-sales service. Tianci's China factory will first focus on the domestic market, and in the future, it will meet the needs of the Asia Pacific region and achieve the same production capacity as Tianci's US factory (located in Tallahassee, USA). On the basis of drawing on the existing assembly line experience in Tallahassee, the assembly line integrates important error prevention design and technology (Poka York), and will soon introduce intelligent robotic arms to complete some assembly processes, comprehensively building a cutting-edge factory for intelligent manufacturing in terms of production speed, efficiency, accuracy, and personalized customization.

It is worth mentioning that the central air conditioning system of Tianci China factory adopts a non oil water cooled chiller unit equipped with Danfoss Tianci compressor. The unit site is built into a prominent exhibition hall, using physical display and actual operation as the most intuitive way, allowing internal and external visitors to see the simplified volume of the unit, hear the sound level of the unit, and feel the comfortable feeling brought by the stable temperature and humidity environment in the factory area.
