Danfoss pressure switch is a device that causes the disc inside the sensor to instantly move when the pressure inside the system is higher or lower than the rated safety pressure. The switch joint is connected or disconnected by a guide rod. When the pressure drops or rises to the rated recovery value, the disc instantly resets and the switch automatically resets. Simply put, when the measured pressure exceeds the rated value, the free end of the elastic element is displaced, and the switch element is directly or after comparison pushed to change the on/off state of the switch element, achieving the purpose of controlling the measured pressure. The elastic components used in Danfoss pressure switches include single coil spring tubes, diaphragms, bellows, and corrugated tubes.

Precautions for Danfoss pressure switches:

Danfoss pressure switches are widely used for high and low pressure protection control in household, commercial, and automotive refrigeration systems, steam conditions, and power plants; Accumulator, receiver, flash tank, separator, washer, refining unit. It can also be applied to high and low pressure protection control of various equipment and tools. But in the selection of Danfoss pressure switches, the following points should be noted:

2. Do you need instructions: According to customer instructions.

3. Number of contacts: one contact (one output) or two contacts (two outputs).

4. Determination of set value and pressure range: It is recommended to set the range between 30% and 65% of the pressure range, and the range can be set between 15% and 90% of the pressure range.

5. Types of connection and disconnection: adjustable or fixed.

6. Whether there is pulsation: If there is pressure pulsation or vibration, a throttle valve needs to be installed to suppress the damage of pulsating pressure to the instrument.

7. occasions with diaphragm: When measuring corrosiveness, high viscosity, or high temperature, it is necessary to use a diaphragm.
