If it is confirmed that the conversion amplifier and the piezoelectric chip of the generator are intact and undamaged, especially when the measured material is liquid, it can generally be considered as this type of fault.
Solution: If the production process conditions permit, increase the flow rate as much as possible and use a wooden hammer to strike vertically on the welding table below the flowmeter, so that the negative pressure generated by the high-speed fluid can carry away fine solid particles.

If the medium is liquid ammonia, light hydrocarbons, or other easily occurring liquids.
Solution: (1) For liquid two-phase flow, a filter can generally be installed at the upstream end of the flowmeter.
(2) If it is a two-phase flow of liquid and gas, a deaerator can be installed at the upstream end of the flowmeter.
5. Does the flow meter and flow regulation control system produce system oscillations?
Inspection: Manual testing method
Set the door opening controller of the control system to manual mode. When the valve is opened to a certain value, if the flow display is stable or slightly moving, it indicates that there is system oscillation.
Solution: Re evaluate the PID algorithm or take other effective measures.
