Analysis of the current situation and development trend of the fiber optic cable industry in 2016Organizational structure of power system
1. State Grid Corporation of China is divided into six power grid companies: East China, North China, Central China, Southwest China, Northeast China, and South China. Each power grid company has established dedicated ultra-high voltage transportation companies (mainly responsible for laying transmission lines in large-scale power grid construction), various power design institutes, high voltage research institutes (Xi'an High Voltage Research Institute, Wuhan High Voltage Research Institute), and provincial and municipal power companies. One of the more important technical units is the Shanghai Cable Research Institute.
2. Provincial Electric Power Company: The main departments in contact are the Production Planning Department and the Electric Power Material Company. The Production Planning Department, abbreviated as the Livelihood Department, is mainly responsible for formulating plans and issuing technical solutions for the construction, renovation, and maintenance of the power grid, as well as reviewing the plans and technical solutions submitted by various municipal power companies under its jurisdiction. This also includes the review of the qualifications of power material suppliers and the identification of product quality and technology. The main function of an electric power material company is the procurement of electric power materials. Such as handling network selection, organizing bidding activities, formulating bidding documents, and developing procurement plans.
3. Local power companies generally have a director in charge, a director in charge of personnel organization, agricultural power, and production planning, and a chief engineer in charge of technology. There are livelihood department, material department, design institute, power supply branch, substation branch, agricultural power branch, and financial settlement center.
Livelihood Department: Its basic functions are the same as those of the Production Planning Department of the Provincial Bureau, and the direct leader of the Livelihood Department is usually the Chief Engineer. The specific situation varies in each region, and in some places, there is even a competition between the livelihood department and the material department for purchasing power.
Material Department: Its basic functions are the same as those of the Provincial Electric Power Material Company. The initial procedures for signing contracts and receiving payments are usually carried out in the Materials Department, which is also the direct customer target of sales personnel Z.
Design Institute: Responsible for issuing design plans and drawings in the construction and renovation of the power grid. Product demand information can be obtained early here.
Power Supply Sub bureau: Responsible for the construction, renovation, and maintenance of the entire city's power grid. Also one of the direct users of the product.
Substation Branch: also known as Transmission and Transformation Branch, responsible for the construction and maintenance of transmission lines and substations in the entire region. Also one of the direct users of the product.
Agricultural Power Sub bureau: Responsible for the construction, renovation, and maintenance of the entire rural power grid. It is also one of the direct users of the product, but the usage of medium and high voltage products is relatively small, while the usage of overhead lines and low voltage products is relatively large.
Financial Settlement Center: Collection is the department responsible for handling transfer procedures.
