1. Check whether the real-time pressure of the chamber meets the working pressure requirements of the vacuum gauge.

2. Check if the installation direction of the vacuum gauge complies with the manufacturer's specifications(The default installation at the factory is vertical, if changed to horizontal installation, recalibration is required).

3. Check the airtightness of the relevant air circuit and determine if there is any air leakage.

4. Check if there are corrosive gases in the chamber environment that may interfere with the normal operation of the equipment.

5. Check if there is really any inconsistency in the pressure inside the cavity.

6. Check if there is a malfunction in the vacuum gauge itself.
