Preparation work before starting the waterproof and rain test

(1) Turn on the main power supply. (2) Open the start button. (3) Set touch screen parameters

Daily malfunctions during the waterproof rain test:

1. If you hear an unexpected noise during operation, you need to stop the machine for inspection. Only after the fault is found and resolved can you restart it to avoid affecting the service life of the equipment.

2. The transmission mechanism must be regularly oiled, and the reducer must be filled with clean 20 # engine oil.

3. After the equipment is positioned, the support frame needs to be lifted to prevent the wheels from shifting due to vibration during equipment testing.

4. If the rain test chamber runs for a long time and the spray hole is found to be blocked, the pipeline must be removed, rinsed with tap water, and then reassembled.

After the waterproof rain test is completed:

1. After the experiment is completed, please turn off the main power when returning to the control price level.

2. After the experiment, the transmission shaft and gearbox must be checked. If they do not meet the set standards, clean 20 # engine oil must be added;
3. The next step is to tidy up the rain test chamber, so that there can be a clean test chamber for the next test.
