Common faults and inspections

Fault 1: The shaking instrument has no output

1. Check if the power supply is normal

2. Check if the power wiring is normal

3. Check if the output signal wiring is correct

4. Check if the cable connectors are tightened

Fault 2:Unstable output of shaking instrument

1. Check if the cable connectors are tightened

2. Check if the sensor base is securely fixed

3. Check if the sensor power supply output is stable

Fault 3:The shaking instrument's X and Y axis outputs are inaccurate

1. Check if the installation surface of the sensor base is aligned with the base label first

2. Check if the signal ground wire is wired correctly

Fault 4:Abnormal power consumption of shaking instrument

Apply the ammeter to the power supply circuit

If the power consumption is too high, there may be a short circuit inside the sensor. Please contact the manufacturer

If there is no power consumption or the power consumption is very low If there is an open circuit inside the sensor, please contact the manufacturer

If the power consumption is normal, please check the circuit faults related to the output and eliminate them
