This scheme adopts 321T composite sensors, each sensor has 2 acceleration signals and 1 temperature signal, connected by 4-core cables.
Because the sensor is fixed on the fan blades and is constantly rotating, the sensor model is transmitted wirelessly, and the underlying link uses the 802.11b/g/n standard. The wireless transmission part includes two modules:
2Wi Fi module. Adopting a serial port to Wi Fi module with internal programming capability. On this module, the serial data acquisition protocol of the AD module is implemented, and the data in the AD module is cached inside the Wi Fi module. The Wi Fi module establishes a communication link with the wireless router device inside the tower, and transmits data through Socket at the application layer.
2.3 Wireless receiving part
The wireless receiver also includes two devices:
2. Data concentrator. The data concentrator is an embedded high-performance fanless industrial computer. The operating system is Linux/Win7. Capable of advanced programming and supporting advanced transaction capabilities such as multiprocessing, multithreading, databases, TCP/IP servers/clients. In this specific scheme, a TCP/IP based socket server is implemented inside the data concentrator to receive connections from the TCP/IP client of the wind turbine blade sensor section. By customizing the data transmission protocol, sensor data is received locally by the concentrator, and at the same time, time labels are added to the data for parsing, and then the data is stored in the local database. Another process (or a thread within the same process) in the concentrator is responsible for external communication, data transmission, and so on.
3.1remote monitoring
After the establishment of the whole system, in the data concentrator, through the "Internet+”Function: Send real-time operation sensor data of wind turbine blades and the operating status data of the system itself to a remote cloud computing data center. The data center can analyze and display the operation of remote wind turbines.
3.2Operation warning
In the cloud computing center, through a specific algorithm, historical data (curves) of wind turbine blade sensors are analyzed and filtered to obtain warning signal curves for wind turbine operation, which can reveal the health status of the wind turbine blades and provide timely warnings.
3.3Remote configuration and system upgrade
By carefully revising the communication protocols of each module, remote firmware upgrades, parameter configurations, and other functions can be achieved.
