IEPE Acceleration Sensor Debugging

The 730AM1-50 broadband miniature three-axis IEPE accelerometer is an IEPE three-axis miniature accelerometer that uses piezoelectric ceramics operating in shear mode as the sensing element and has ultra wideband response characteristics. This IEPE accelerometer generates signals by combining high-quality piezoelectric crystals and low-noise microelectronic components, achieving ultra-low temperature sensitivity changes/responses within the operating temperature range compared to other sensitive components. Shear mode piezoelectric technology also ensures the base sensitivity strain error.

The 730AM1-50 broadband miniature three-axis IEPE accelerometer adopts a laser welded titanium alloy metal shell and a glass sealed 4-pin lightweight joint structure (or whole line output) for lightweight and broadband applications. Excellent amplitude and phase frequency response make this product highly suitable for structural validation, component testing, drop testing, and laboratory fluid dynamics testing. The micro cube structure enables testing engineers to conveniently measure the acceleration of three mutually perpendicular axes synchronously, with reliable and long-term stable test data.
