The module integrates multiple sets of isolated DC/DC conversion circuits and magneto electric coupling signal isolation circuits, allowing external users to select only one DC 5V/12V/15V/24V single power supply to complete analog signal input/signal output/auxiliary power supply three terminal isolation amplification and conversion technology, and supports single terminal and positive/negative bidirectional DC signal input and output. The ISO EM210 has a comprehensive functional design and adopts a non fixed gain method. The input signal is amplified by a preamplifier (with a gain of 1-100) at the input end and then enters an internal modulator for modulation. The non fixed gain input amplifier is convenient for users to flexibly configure and use according to the on-site working conditions. Users can achieve variable gain applications through external feedback gain resistors, etc. The modulated signal is coupled to the output side through a transformer and amplified for output after demodulation by a demodulation circuit. The three isolation design structure of the module enables the device to meet the requirements of signal input, signal output, and auxiliary power isolation. By interrupting the grounding circuit and leakage path measures, and suppressing common mode voltage and noise, the device can prevent a decrease in measurement accuracy, improve measurement signal accuracy and integrity, and is very suitable for single channel or multi-channel signal isolation applications. ISO EM210 adopts a low-cost solution of magneto electric coupling, mainly used in situations where there are no special requirements for EMC (electromagnetic interference). In addition to supplying power to the internal amplification circuit, the internal DC-DC isolated power supply can also provide a set of ± 15V/± 10mA stable isolated power sources to the input and output terminals, which are used for two-wire sensor distribution or as reference power for input preamplifier, signal bias, differential circuit, and bridge circuit. The product can meet the requirements of a vehicle grade on-site working environment with humidity, vibration, and a wide temperature range of -40~+125 ℃.
