It is a signal isolator with HART transmission function that needs to be configured when supporting industrial field HART protocol intelligent instruments. It is also a supplement to the previous two-wire passive 4-20mA isolation amplifier product with HART transmission. After the intelligent transmitter is connected to the signal isolator, the product can allow the HART handheld controller or collector on the system side to communicate with the field instrument through the signal isolator. ISOEM A4-Px-O1-HTThe series integrated module has HART transparent transmission function and supports bidirectional transmission of HART signals, ensuring smooth communication between on-site HART smart instruments and control room HART acquisition systems, fully utilizing the dual advantages of isolated transmission of digital and analog signals. This product adopts advanced digital technology and electromagnetic isolation technology, allowing bidirectional communication of HART protocol signals while still isolating 4-20mA input and output. The HART transparent transmission function can provide a channel for HART signal transmission, but it will not cause interference or alteration to the transmitted content. Through reliable electromagnetic isolation technology, various interference signals are effectively suppressed, while eliminating interference from on-site signal circuits and ground grids on the I0 acquisition system, ensuring the accuracy of signals and the stable and safe operation of the system.
ISOEM A4-Px-O1-HTThe series module adopts a small volume standard SIP12Pin flame-retardant shell and resin material packaging method. It is powered by a single power supply and integrates a set of isolated DC/DC conversion power supplies and a set of magneto electric coupled analog signal isolation amplifiers on the same chip. The module supports input of 2-wire, 3-wire, and 4-wire transmitter or current source signals, which are isolated and converted into standard 4-20mA current signals for output. It also supports bidirectional transmission of HART digital signals. No need for external potentiometer components, zero point and gain adjustment are eliminated, eliminating the tedious process of repeatedly calibrating zero point and full-scale, greatly simplifying user design and on-site usage costs. The product adopts electromagnetic isolation technology internally, which has better temperature drift characteristics and linearity compared to optocoupler isolation technology. The auxiliary power supply is powered by a single power supply and has a 3000VDC triple isolation design between the signal input and output, allowing users to use single or multiple power supplies when using multiple modules on site.
ISOEM A4-Px-O1-HTThe series of modules are simple and easy to use. The product has two installation methods: PCB board soldering and standard DIN 35 rail slot fixing. The rail mounted product has isolated power distribution output function, providing 24VDC isolated power supply to the input end, which can achieve reliable transmission and precise measurement control of industrial two-wire sensors, transmitters, instruments and meters, as well as signal acquisition. Products with rail mounted installation can also achieve isolation, distribution, amplification, conversion, and distribution functions of various sensors, instruments, or control system analog signals in industrial sites, such as one in one out, one in two out, and two in two out. They can also meet the requirements of industrial grade use environments with humidity, vibration, and a wide temperature range (-40~+85 ℃).
