The SunYuan ISO D-O1 series PWM pulse width transmitter is a hybrid integrated circuit that isolates and converts the duty cycle of PWM square wave signals into analog standard signals. The product is designed as a low-cost, small-sized standard SIP8 Pin flame retardant IC package; Internally, it includes signal coupling high-speed isolation conversion circuit, precision reference voltage source switch control circuit, low-pass filtering circuit, driving amplification circuit, VI conversion circuit, etc. The product has the characteristics of high conversion accuracy and good linearity of PWM signals, and a wide range of output circuit supply voltage (12-36VDC). The integrated process structure and new technology isolation measures enable the device to achieve 3000VDC isolation between signal input and output, and meet the requirements of industrial grade harsh working environments with wide temperature, humidity, and vibration.
