It can integrate microcontrollers PLC/DCS、 The duty cycle of the PWM square wave signal output by the instrument is isolated and converted into a standard 4-20mA/0-10V analog signal, realizing the isolation amplification and display control functions of the microcontroller PWM signal.
SunYuan ISO D-P-O-Q integrates multiple highly isolated DC/DC power supplies, analog amplification and conversion circuits, PWM signal isolation control circuits, etc. in the same module, which is particularly suitable for DA reduction, isolation and transmission of PWM signals in industrial sites, and acquisition and analysis of multi-channel sensor signals by MCU, field bus, Ethernet Internet of Things, PLC/DCS upper computer. The internally integrated high-efficiency DC-DC isolated power supply supplies power to the internal output conditioning circuit, DA conversion circuit, and output signal isolation circuit. The SMD process structure and new technology isolation measures enable the device to achieve 3000VDC triple isolation of auxiliary power supply, PWM signal input, and analog signal output. And it can meet the requirements of harsh working environments such as industrial wide temperature, humidity, and vibration on site.
The SunYuan ISO D-P-O-Q series products are very convenient to use, and can achieve the isolation and transmission function of PWM signals and analog signals without the need for any external components. The ultra small size (33.0X15.5X10.5mm) of the 12 pin single line direct insertion and the installation design on the standard PCB board effectively simplify the user's system design scheme selection, reduce volume and wiring costs. The product has IC packaging installed on PCB board, DIN35 standard rail installation, and PIM panel display embedded installation method. The DIN rail installation method can achieve isolated transmission of signals with one in one out and one in two out functions. The PIM panel embedded intelligent transmission meter can achieve various functions such as sensor analog signal isolation display, alarm control, and long-distance distortion free transmission.
