1. The water flow switch is adjusted near the minimum flow value at the factory, and should not be set lower than the factory set position during use, otherwise it will cause the switch to fail to return to the "no liquid flow" position.

2. If you need to increase the flow rate, you should rotate the adjustment screw clockwise. To lower the flow rate value after adjusting the factory settings, the reversible clock can be rotated to adjust the screw.

3. After the adjustment is completed, check that the set value of the flow switch is not lower than the factory set value. Press the main lever several times to check if there is a "click" sound when the switch returns to the main lever. Once it is found that there is no "click" sound, rotate the adjustment screw clockwise until there is a "click" sound when the lever returns.

4. The setting screw for the sealing paint cannot be adjusted. Once changed, it will disrupt the control of the flow switch or cause regulation failure and inability to work.

5. The flow regulation is too high, and when the flow rate is low, the flow plate cannot be driven, and the switch cannot be activated. The flow regulation is too low and the switch is too sensitive, resulting in misoperation.

Flow switches are mainly installed online or plug-in in pipelines for media such as water, gas, and oil to monitor the flow rate of water in water systems. When the water flow rate exceeds or falls below a certain set point, an alarm signal is triggered to be transmitted to the unit, and the system can make corresponding indication actions after obtaining the signal. Avoid or reduce "dry burning" of the host.
