Operation instructions for using laser dust particle counter
Date: 2017-07-06Read: 0

laser particle counterThe measurement chamber is a space for particle observation, and the collected air needs to pass through the measurement chamber. The optical system of the instrument directs the light source through a lens and a slit into the measurement chamber, forming a photosensitive area with a volume of approximately several cubic millimeters. When dust in the air passes through the photosensitive area, it scatters a portion of the light energy, which is collected by a light collecting lens at an angle (90 degrees or 70 degrees) to the incident light, and then projected onto the photodetector.

Notes:laser particle counterThis counter is a precision instrument with high sensitivity for measuring small particles. It is not suitable for use in non purification (without initial, intermediate, and filtration) workshops or offices. It can only be used in clean rooms (with a cleanliness level of 100000 to 300000) for comparison and accuracy of test data results. Because in non purification workshops, there are many dust particles of 10um or larger. If the counter adsorbs onto these large particles, it can cause damage to the laser sensor, potentially leading to sensor blockage and affecting the accuracy of dust particle counter measurements or other malfunctions.
laser particle counterOne sampling can simultaneously measure the number of dust particles in six different particle size ranges, and the number and changes of one particle size can be selected for observation. The detection results can also be printed, which is very convenient for researching, detecting, and evaluating various clean environments. Therefore, this instrument can be widely used in sectors such as microelectronics, medical pharmaceuticals, biochemical products, blood products, food hygiene, cosmetics, precision machinery, fine chemicals, and aerospace.
