DH-300 Direct Reading Electronic Density MeterPlease refer to the attached download for the operation manual
Installation Instructions
1. The installation of a density meter must avoid vibration, direct sunlight, electromagnetic waves from electrical machinery, damp, overheated locations, and places with stable voltage.
2. Adjust the 4 foot pillars to ensure that the host reaches a horizontal position and that the sensor platform and water container support seat are not in contact.
3. Add distilled water to ensure that the tested sample can be submerged, and then place it on the water container support seat.
4. Place the measuring platform on the sensor platform and ensure that the bottom of the measuring platform is correctly placed on the sensor platform, and that the measuring boom sinks into the water. When bubbles adhere to the measuring railing, they can be removed using tweezers..
warm-up
1. After plugging in and turning on the power, the warm-up time is about 30 minutes to reach a stable state. Once this process is completed, turn off the power in real-time and the visual density circuit will remain stable.
2. If Cannot be converted to 0.000g/0.00g. This indicates that the zero point has drifted or there is wind. Press the zero button to display 0.000g/0.00g. If not, please recalibrate. (Please refer to the correction section)
