Operating Manual for PC-3000 Series Temperature Controller in the Aging Test Chamber of Constant Temperature Water Tank Oven

1、 Main function introduction:
1. Optional RS485 communication: Up to 32 units of this series of constant temperature controllers can be connected simultaneously; (Only PCD series has this function)
2. The temperature is controlled by "fuzzy PID", which has the advantages of smaller temperature overshoot, faster stabilization time, and better temperature control accuracy compared to traditional PID control methods;
3. You can choose whether there is a constant temperature timing function. If you choose to have a constant temperature timing function, you can choose the display running time mode, and the timing unit can be selected as minutes or hours; If choosing a constant temperature time timer, you can choose to stop heating output after the timer ends or continue to maintain the current temperature; After the timer ends, there will be sound and light prompts.
4. The over temperature alarm method can be selected as either only an upper deviation alarm or a combination of upper and lower deviation alarms.
5. The maximum output power can be set to achieve better temperature control effect.
6. It has a temperature "self-tuning" function, and the instrument automatically obtains a set of PID parameters for temperature control effect * after self-tuning;
7. It has a temperature sensor error correction function, which corrects the temperature measurement more accurately through two-point curves;
8. There are temperature sensor open circuit and short circuit sound and light (buzzer) alarm prompts, and the controller automatically disconnects the heating output;
Special statement: Some models of instruments do not include a buzzer. If a buzzer alarm function is necessary, please specify it when ordering.
9. No need for a door control switch, the controller automatically determines to open the door, resulting in less temperature overshoot and faster stabilization time after opening the door; (PCN and PCF series do not have this function)
10. For instruments with internal thyristor output, there is an alarm relay inside the instrument (to prevent the thyristor from being broken down in case of breakdown).

1. Temperature setting range: PT100:0-400.0 ℃; CU50：0.0～100.0℃；
Temperature measurement range: PT100: -15.0-408.0 ℃; CU50：-15.0～108.0℃；
Time setting range: 0-9999 minutes (hours);
Note: ① PCN series temperature up to 1 ℃, no decimal point displayed; ② PCD-C3000 series product setting range: -50.0~400.0 ℃; Measurement range: -58.0~408.0 ℃;
2. Basic error of temperature measurement value:<0.3%;
