Wire and cable double head grinding machineInstructions for use
1. Pull the small handle to open the eccentric ball of the rolling flower, clip one end of the rubber test piece in, and then press the other end of the test piece counterclockwise along the working wheel using a movable pressure roller.
2. Start the motor to rotate the grinding wheel in the direction indicated at the front.
3. Shake the handle to feed the upper drag plate along the lower track. The handle is equipped with a dial, with each small grid measuring 0.02mm.
4. There is a safety device installed in the handwheel. The handwheel can only rotate counterclockwise, otherwise excessive force will damage its safety device.
5. Before starting work, rough grinding should be done first, followed by fine grinding.
