Adjust flame height: Turn on the gas and ignite it, use a flame gauge to measure the height of the inner and outer flames. By adjusting the gas flow rate or nozzle position, stabilize the inner flame at 50-60mm and the outer flame between 170-190mm. Some models (such as Tengchuan Instrument TRS-C and Honghao Jieke customized models) support intelligent temperature control or touch screen adjustment, which can more accurately control parameters. Verification of flame intensity (optional): If using the copper block calibration method, the copper head should be placed vertically above the nozzle (about 95mm away), reignited, and timed to ensure that the temperature rises from 100 ℃ to 700 ℃ for 45 ± 5 seconds.
