Date: 2025-08-20Read: 6
Instructions for operating the K-WRWD thermal stability testing machine: 1. Place the stirrer, 2. Pour the high-temperature conductive liquid into the container, with the liquid level about 2cm from the container mouth. Note: Do not fill the container completely, as the conductive liquid may overflow when heated to 200 ℃. 3. Turn on the power and set the test temperature (already set at the factory or set by the customer themselves). 4. After turning on the power, the instrument automatically heats up. 5. Turn on the magnetic stirring switch, and the magnetic stirrer will automatically stir. (Ensure temperature uniformity, reflect operation in a vortex state, adjust stirring speed: adjust the speed to allow for some shaking of the oil surface). 6. After the temperature reaches 200 ℃, stabilize for 30 minutes. According to the test requirements, install the sample and insert the test tube into the testing hole for testing. 8. Turn on the timer and observe the changes in the test paper. Note: If conducting the GB/T8815-2008 experiment, please follow the requirements of the GB/T8815-2008 standard. Specifications and technical parameters of K-WRWD thermal stability testing machine: 1. Power supply: AC 220V ± 10%. 2. Power: 800 W. 3. Temperature control range: room temperature~300 ℃. 4. Temperature deviation: ± 0.5 ℃. 5. Volume: 1000 ml. 6. The machine adopts magnetic stirring method to ensure the uniformity of the test temperature. This instrument is suitable for conducting thermal stability time and softening temperature tests on flexible polyethylene plastic insulation sheaths used in the cable industry. Its structure and performance meet the requirements of GB/T2951.32-2008 and GB/T 8815-2008 "Flexible Polyvinyl Chloride Plastics for Wire and Cable".
