1 Introduction

Suitable for conducting aging tests on wires and cables, rubber (plastic, synthetic leather) insulation layers and sheaths, as well as other polymer materials in media such as oxygen and compressed air under specified pressure and temperature. Meets the requirements of GB/T2951.12-2008 (replacing GB/T2951.2-1997), UL, VDE and other standards. It mainly consists of an outer box, insulation layer, heater, constant temperature aluminum sleeve, stainless steel pressure tank, sample tray, overpressure automatic protection device, stainless steel tabletop, etc. Electrical control system: composed of intelligent P.I.D temperature controller (with automatic calculation function), high-precision PT100 thermocouple sensor and timer; Pressure control system: The pressure of compressed air or oxygen can be controlled through a pressure controller.
