Working principle: 2088The pressure transmitter uses pressure chip components formed by diffusion or ion implantation processes to form resistors and connect them into a Wheatstone bridge. The pressure sensitive diaphragm is formed under the bridge using micro machining technology. When pressure is applied to the diaphragm, the resistance value changes and a linearized output signal proportional to the applied pressure is generated. We add a DC power supply to the Wheatstone bridge, which produces an output of a DC voltage signal. After secondary conversion of the circuit, a two-wire system is achieved4～20mAOutput.

Typical case: A customer experienced unstable power supply voltage due to on-site power issues, resulting in abnormal operation of the transmitter. Therefore, in the future, the main precautions we need to pay attention to during use are as follows:

1. Adding a frequency converter in the later stage of renovation may cause unstable power supply;

2. Adding high-power fans can also cause interference situations;

3. Wiring should avoid passing through high-voltage lines as much as possible.
