1Zero point inspection:

aZero point inspection of pressure transmitter: Close the pressure valve of the transmitter and unscrew the release screw of the transmitter body. Observe whether the displayed value is zero, and calibrate it promptly if the deviation exceeds the tolerance.

b、 Zero point inspection of differential pressure transmitter: Close the positive and negative pressure valves of the differential pressure transmitter and open the balance valve. On the basis of the above, the release screws of the positive and negative pressure chambers of the transmitter body can also be slowly loosened to release pressure. After the pressure is released, observe whether the meter head or computer display is zero. If the deviation exceeds the tolerance, calibrate it in time.

2 Measurement error handling

Inaccurate measurement needs to be checked first

aIs the balance valve tightly closed.

bIs the primary pressure tap valve of the pressure pipe and the pressure tap valve of the transmitter fully open.

cWhether there is any leakage in the pressure pipeline, leak detection is required.

dWhether the pressure pipeline is blocked (requires blowing).

eIf there are no issues with the above items, the transmitter must be calibrated and a calibration record must be filled out.
